We will ship your order as quickly as possible after receipt of payment, or if you purchase on account after receipt of the order. As soon as the goods have been handed over to DHL or GLS, you will receive a shipping notification that includes a link to track the shipment. You can use the tracking number to view the shipment status of your order at any time.

If you order items that are temporarily or permanently unavailable in whole or in part or have a different delivery time, we will inform you about this in a separate email.

Within Germany

Deliveries take place within 3-5 working days to the specified delivery address with the shipping company DHL or GLS. Shipping within Germany costs €4.95.

Within Europe

When shipping the available items within Europe, the delivery time is between 5-14 working days. Shipping within the EU costs €7.95.

rest of the world

When shipping available items to countries outside of Europe, the delivery time is between 2-3 weeks. Shipping outside Europe costs €9.95.
